CHALLENGES WE FACED IN DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Complex Implementation
Organic shapes and non-linear designs can be challenging to implement using standard web development frameworks and CSS, which require advanced techniques or even custom scripting to achieve the desired look and feel.
Cross-Browser Compatibility
Different browsers interpret CSS and JavaScript differently, which leads to some inconsistencies in how the design appeared across browsers.
Responsive Design
Ensuring that the website is fully responsive and looks good on all devices became more complicated the more the client pledged to implement creative sections. As a Designer I had to carefully consider how each element scales and transforms across different screen sizes.
User Experience considerations
The client was eager to have more non-conventional designs implemented on the homepage. I communicated with them that such implementations can sometimes confuse or disorient users. I shed light on those concerns and balanced out creativity with usability to ensure a positive user experience.
RESULTS & IMPACT
Increased Traffic
The TRTL.Health platform has experienced an impressive rise in monthly visitors over the past year, highlighting a growing demand for its translation services.
Improved User Engagement
Engagement metrics have greatly improved, with average session durations up by 50%. Users are spending more time on the site and purchasing analysis packages, indicating enhanced content relevance and usability.
